Grading Sub
Our cost is $5.00 per card sending out for grade! Then whichever submission you choose is applied to the invoice. Grading companies change their prices often, so check on their website.

Dent/Edging - Repairs: $20.00 per hour
Most jobs require 1-2 hours of manual time, These repairs usually see 60-80% improvement.

Cleaning + Inspection
This service includes putting the card under a microscope and identifying dirt/stains to remove and attempting to remove those stains. $20.00 per card
If a card is selected to be cleaned and is deemed not needing a full in depth microscope observation and needs a Quick Clean at our discretion then the amount charged is $8.00 - typically seen with modern cards.

Shipping
Shipping Cost: $20.00
This pays for shipping and packaging from every route.
(Except the grader also charges their own fee) - Which is added onto the invoice I provide.
Grading companies make insurance
mandatory on send back.
States: California - Hawaii - Alaska add $5.00 each way.

Read Me
If you want insurance going out to the grader or coming back to you please advise me before send outs. It may be rare but shipping companies lose packages all the time, so I highly advise getting insurance each way the package goes! AGAIN you MUST inform me if you want to pay for insurance.

This is service is provided for cards already in a slab to evaluate for possible grade bumps and/or Black Label Hunting.
Payment & Timeline
All orders are invoiced through PayPal after my work is completed - IF you choose to have your cards graded by one of the third party grading companies -just know your tacking on your order cannot be updated until your order is received back from the grading company. This means your order will not receive tracking for up to 70 business days. All grading companies offer different tier send outs depending on what you are willing to pay them, if you choose a faster turnaround time your orders tracking naturally will be updated faster as we are then able to ship it out quicker.
Other Fee's:
ALL Transactions are charged 6% Paypal fee because that is what Paypal charges me.​ (Updated 1/14/2025)
All P.A. Residents must pay 6% Sales Tax on their order - this is STATE LAW!
